Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience with data visualization tools, and proficiency in SQL, Excel, and programming languages like Python or R.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets to identify trends and insights
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
• Identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize data processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
